"User" means anyone who visits the site or uses the contact forms.

This site is purely informational and presents the services of APEC Training Club (a showcase website). The site does not allow account registration, has no personal area, does not handle online payments and does not allow booking of sessions or services. The only way to contact us through the site is by submitting a request via the forms available on the Contacts and Pricing pages.

Through the site forms users can send contact requests or request the package catalog, entering first name, last name, email, phone number and, in the contact form, a free-text message.

• Submitting a form does not constitute an order or a purchase contract.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and agrees not to send unlawful, offensive or spam content.
• APEC will reply to requests within a reasonable time, but does not guarantee specific response times.

Information about packages, services, schedules and prices published on the site is indicative and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The purchase of packages and services, payment and booking of activities take place exclusively at the APEC Training Club facility or through the official channels communicated on site, under the contractual conditions defined there. APEC reserves the right to change the services, schedules and prices published on the site at any time.

The user agrees to use the site correctly and not to:

• Violate laws, regulations or third-party rights.
• Attempt to compromise the site's security or access non-public areas.
• Send unlawful, defamatory, unsolicited advertising or automated content through the forms.
• Reproduce or use the site's content without authorization.

All site content (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics and software) is owned by APEC SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution or use without written authorization is prohibited.

APEC works to keep the site updated and accessible, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or inaccuracies. APEC is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for the content of external sites reachable via links (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp or maps). APEC may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Reggio Emilia, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection law.
