The controller is established in Italy and has not appointed a representative under Art. 27 GDPR, as this is not required. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as none of the cases under Art. 37 GDPR apply. For any question about the processing of your data you can write to the contacts above.

This is a showcase website: it has no registration, personal area, login or online payments. We collect personal data only through two forms on the site:

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone number and the free-text message you choose to send.
• Catalog request form (Pricing page): first name, last name, email and phone number.

Additionally, while you browse, some technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) is collected automatically through technical cookies and traffic analytics tools.

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Replying to contact requests: we use the data entered in the contact form to reply to your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
• Sending the package catalog: we use the Pricing form data to email you the catalog and follow up on your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
• Traffic analytics: we process aggregate statistics on site usage to improve content and experience. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest and, where required, consent.
• Legal obligations: compliance with legal obligations and handling of any complaints.

We do not use the data for automated marketing, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Data is processed by third parties acting on our behalf as data processors:

• Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — hosting of the site and of the database where form submissions are stored. Privacy policy
• Resend — email delivery service used to send form notifications and replies. Privacy policy
• Lovable — hosting platform and aggregate site traffic analytics. Privacy policy
• Google (Maps, Fonts) — map embedded on the Contacts page (loaded only after consent) and web fonts. Privacy policy
• YouTube (Google) — video embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, loaded only if you start playback. Privacy policy
• Featurable — widget displaying public Google reviews. Privacy policy
• Cloudflare — content delivery network and site security. Privacy policy
• Unsplash — images loaded from external servers. Privacy policy
• Meta / Instagram — link to the APEC profile (no embedded content). Privacy policy
• Wellness in Cloud — external app for memberships and bookings, reachable via link. Privacy policy
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the EU. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data collected through the forms is kept for the time needed to handle your request and for a limited subsequent period for administrative and archival purposes, unless longer legal obligations apply. Traffic analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tools used. At the end of the period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and to analyze traffic:

• Technical cookies: required for the site to function and to store your cookie preferences; they do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies: used for aggregate navigation statistics (Lovable Analytics).

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request rectification or erasure.
• Object to processing or request its restriction.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. However, no system is completely secure: in the event of a data breach, we will inform data subjects and the competent authorities as required by law.
